Join the Middle School Committee!

Dear parents, 

The Middle School Committee is a parent-run volunteer group to assist the teachers and administration in hosting events for Cathedral middle school students that emphasize faith, friendship, and fun.  Some highlights for the 2017/2018 school year include:

• Lollipops on lockers to welcome middle school students back to school 
• A Stars and Stripes kickoff that includes breakfast and a prayer service
• Mock high school interviews for eighth graders
• Thanksgiving outreach 
• Christmas brunch for the eighth graders
• Fat Tuesday lunch for sixth, seventh, and eighth graders
• Stars and Stripes picnic lunch and awarding of the trophy
• Eighth grade awards breakfast for all middle schoolers 

The success of all these special events depends upon parent volunteers. Please consider donating your time in the upcoming school year! The committee holds meetings every few months, and all are welcome to attend. Our first meeting is September 13 at 2pm.
